Learning Skills Program: Study Smarter, not harder!

The Learning Skills program works with students to become effective and efficient learners. Use our resources to secure academic success. Students can work with us at any time, whether it’s the first year transition or senior year.

Learning at UVM: group sessions

Individual sessions: one-on-one tutoring

Sessions could incorporate topics including, but not limited to:

  • The Learning Brain
  • Motivation
  • Time Management
  • Note taking
  • Effective Reading
  • Active Study Systems
  • Study Groups
  • Learning Tech/apps

Learning Skills tutors are peers who want to share what they know are effective learning strategies for academic success.
