Learning Co-op Programs

English Language Learners

The Learning Co-Op makes every effort to ensure that UVM students attain their academic goals. The English Language Learner program is one branch of the Center that helps students become competently and confidently prepared for college-level work. See below for descriptions of our program's services.

Learning Skills

One-on-one tutoring to help students develop an efficient study system.

Subject-area Tutoring

We offer group and individual peer tutoring in many lower-division/entry-level courses. One-hour tutoring appointments are held during scheduled hours in the Learning Co-op office or by arrangment with your tutor. Tutors are recommended by faculty and receive training.
