"The subtle power of his voice, a husky, hushed baritone... understated, at once sophisticated and intimate... as cover-worthy as Randy Newman, Elvis Costello and Dar Williams." Washington Post
A consummate singer-songwriter with a dazzling mastery of the guitar, Peter Mulvey is a phenomenal performer with huge energy and a quirky take on life. Over the past 20 years, Mulvey has pursued a restless, eclectic path as a writer and musician immersing himself in Tin Pan Alley jazz, modern acoustic, poetry, narrative, and Americana stylings. Relentlessly touring as a headliner his attitude is, When you love what you do, you can work all the time, he has also shared the stage with luminaries such as Emmylou Harris, Richard Thompson, Ani diFranco, Indigo Girls, and Greg Brown, and has attracted an audience that stretches from Anchorage to Amsterdam. In his most recent tour, he covered 1100 miles, from Grand Rapids, MI to Northampton, MA all on bicycle!
Natalia Zukerman, A first-rate bottleneck blues guitar player, with a smoky and expressive voice will open.
