Description:
At the end of Red Rocks Park road in Red Rocks Park, there is a balcony structure for people to look out over Lake Champlain. A park service vehicle is parked on the road, and the park serviceman are down the slope looking into a building, possibly used for water filtration or testing. the guard rail has been reconstructed, and access to the area below has been given. The trees have been cleared out to make way for a path and a beach at the bottom, as well as the gray building.
