Description:
This is color photo of a house that was moved from Storres Ave to South Street in Middlebury. The wooden framed house looks to have reached its new location. As the land around it is bare and has been recently bulldozed. The house itself has three floors. The first floor has two windows on either side of the door. The overhanging above the door is the floor of a balcony that comes off the second floor door. The single window on the third floor juts out from the vaulted roof. A back porch is also visible on the other side of the house. To the left is a garage. In the bare yard is a bulldozer and an excavator. In the background are deciduous tress and a view of a nearby hill. All image rights reserved to Henry Sheldon Museum, www.henrysheldonmuseum.org.
