Title:
Ira Allen Chpel (SW View)
Town:
Burlington
County:
Chittenden
State:
Vermont
Date:
2005-06-06
Description:
Because Angell Hall was removed to make way for Ira Allen, the location of the historic photograph is inexact. The tower on the Billings library is the reference point. The current photograph shows the back side of Ira Allen Chapel, complete with a green space, walkway, and light posts. A large paved parking lot is located adjacent to the green. Some soil erosion is evident along side the roads and buildings. The season is late spring. UVM Campus
