"Ski Lark" Trail at Dutch Hill Ski Resort

Title:
"Ski Lark" Trail at Dutch Hill Ski Resort
Town:
Readsboro
County:
Bennington
State:
Vermont
Date:
1949
Description:
This photograph, taken in 1949, is of the "Ski Lark" trail at the Dutch Hill Ski Resort. Skiers can be seen making their way down the wide trail that leads to the T-Bar lift, where a line of people, waiting to get on the lift, is noticeable. The T-Bar building stands near the center of the photo and appears to be a multistory wooden-frame structure with a flag, which flies on a flagpole, out in front. Conifer and bare deciduous trees can also be seen in the surrounding area, while the view of rolling hills is present as well.
