Description:
The wooden Lower Bridge spans across a small waterfall at the Stevens River. The bridge is connected to a small wooden-framed building and goes behind a larger wooden-framed building. Up river there is three other buildings. The building at the top of the hill is Burbanks store and the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, a fraternal organization. Riparian plants and shrubs surround the river and hill. Additional metadata reads: "Electric light plant near building on left."
