Aerial of Passumpsic

Title:
Aerial of Passumpsic
Town:
Barnet
County:
Caledonia
State:
Vermont
Date:
1904 - 1914
Description:
The far left-hand side of this photograph shows what appears to be commercial brick buildings close to the Passumpsic River. The river, barely visible cuts through the bottom third of the photo. Before the river and to the left, there is road leading to a covered bridge. This road forms an intersection that then follows the river. There are dwellings, barns and trees on the fore side of the river. There is another bridge that crosses the river at the extreme right of the photo. Across the river there are more wooden-framed dwellings. An undulating hill stands in the background.
