Berlin Corners

Title:
Berlin Corners
Town:
Berlin
County:
Washington
State:
Vermont
Date:
1904 - 1914
Description:
Shown here is a pond and houses in Berlin Corners. In the immediate foreground there is a pond, possibly used for agricultural purposes. The pond is reflecting the buildings and trees up above. Beyond the pond is a very small grassy hill. Up the hill you can several leafless deciduous trees in front of a few wooden-framed houses with chimneys. To the left of the houses there appears to be a barn with a cupola. The season is most likely spring or fall. Richard W. Turner writes on 2008-11-16: This is the Berlin Corner home of George R. Bosworth the photographer who took the picture. The pond is northern end of Berlin Pond just above the dam at its outlet.
