Description:
This black and white photograph documents the cellar in the dwelling at 12 Maplewood Terrace, which is located near the intersection of U.S. Routes 4 and 5 in White River Junction. The property was owned by the Trustees of the Methodist Church and was used as a rectory. The furnace and water heater are located on the right side of the space. Another machine sits on the right. The brick chimney rises in the center of the room. Pipes and air ducts crisscross the ceiling. The stone foundation walls are visible. The floor appears to be made of poured concrete.
