This historic image is of the Gaysville band gathered on the porch of a large white two-story church with pillars. There are many people gathered in the front lawn of the church, as it is a centennial celebration. Mostly men are visible in the image and they are dressed in nice clothes or suits with top hats or some sort of hat. There is a wooded area in the background. The caption at the bottom of the image reads, "2. Arrival of Gaysville Band at Church." On the left side in fancy scrip it reads, "French & Sawyer Weenf (?)," and on the right side it reads, "Centennial, Pomfret, VT" The season is summer.
