Title:
Bird's Eye Map of Enosburg Falls
- Date:
- 1897
- Description:
- Image of town and river with houses from a bird's eye view. The highest density of buildings is to the left. In the bottom left there is train running on railroad tracks. A river meanders back and forth across the right side of the image. A cluster of building can be seen along one of these bends. Overall the image is cleared of vegetation with trees drawn in lining a few streets, along the river banks, and creating woods on the distant hills. Some eroding banks and an island can be seen on the river. Esther Munroe Swift writes on 2005-1-24: This is actually an engraving from a gazetteer.
