Title:
Bird's Eye View of Upper Village
Town:
Chelsea
County:
Orange
State:
Vermont
Date:
1907 - 1915
Description:
The historic image gives a view of the town from a nearby hill. There appears to be piles of lumber in the center/bottom of the image. There is a very large building, possibly a lumber mill, in the lower, left corner of the photograph. There are also many houses in the town. Most of the landscape around town is cleared and hilly. There are some small patches of forests on top of the hills. A title at the top of the image reads, "Chelsea, Vermont, Upper Village."
