For immediate assistance, see a technician in the Tech Team office next to the entrance to the computer lab. Technicians can assist with general questions and basic workstation or printer troubleshooting.

You may use this form to contact a lab administrator to:

  • report a problem beyond what a Tech Team technician can support
  • ask a question regarding lab workstations, printers or software
  • request software to be installed on lab computers
A lab administrator will review your message as soon as possible, and may follow up with you to gather additional information regarding your issue.

Please do not use this form for scheduling. To reserve a teaching lab, use one of the reservation forms for University classes or non-class events.
