Mapping UVM Network Drive on Windows XP

Click on the "Start" button, then click the "My Computer" icon.
In the "My Computer" dialog window, click on the "Tools" drop-down menu and select "Map Network Drive"

On the following screen, you will be asked for a drive letter and folder.
The letter of the alphabet is not relevant, but you should use "H" to be consistent.
In the Folder box location, type (without the quotes) "\\files.campus.ad.uvm.edu\<NetID>"  (replace with your UVM NetID).
Example:  \\files.campus.ad.uvm.edu\mkapoodl

Click on "Connect using a different name" and enter your UVM NetID and password.
Click "OK". You will return to the Map Network Drive dialog window below.
Make sure the "Reconnect at logon" checkbox is selected.

Click Finish
