  • bring power cord (if laptop) and original CDs/DVDs/USB stick that came with the computer
  • bring an external hard drive to back up data
  • available to all current UVM students, faculty* and staff*
  • * faculty and staff members must work with an IT staff person to have data backed up before visiting the Computer Depot Clinic or to encrypt or decrypt disks with PGP Whole Disk Encryption.

On-site Appointment
  • faculty and staff may schedule an appointment by submitting a FootPrints ticket
  • students requiring an appointed time should do so at the Computer Depot Clinic (above)
