Back-to-School Computer Pick Up Information

UVM's Back-to-School 2012 Computer Pickup will be held Friday, August 24.

Computer Pickup is primarily for first year students living on-campus and who ordered before the cutoff deadline. Returning and off-campus students who will not arrive until Sunday will need to pick up their computer orders at the Depot starting the first week of classes. Please refer to the chart below for locations, dates, and times.

We will notify you in mid-August about your pickup status via email to your UVM email address. The email will state whether your order is available for pick-up on Opening Weekend, or if it will be ready later & what to expect.

When picking up your computer products please bring your UVM ID. Computers may only be picked up by the person whose name appears on the order or an adult family member, unless the Computer Depot receives prior consent from the purchaser. If the person picking up is someone other than the purchaser, that person should plan to provide a proof of purchase, such as a copy of the order, along with some identification of his or her own.

Since you will be responsible for transporting your purchase from the pickup site, we recommend that you bring someone to help you. Volunteers will be available to assist in transporting your boxes to the CATS Shuttle stop on the West side of the Davis Center. Please see http://www.uvm.edu/tps/transportation for CATS info and links to route maps. Shuttles on Opening Day will be on a 15-minute schedule from 7:30am-4:00pm.

Opening Weekend Computer Pickup

Computer Pickup for all students will be held: At the Mt. Mansfield Room, 210 Davis Center (dining area across the hall from the Marketplace), on Friday, August 24, 2012 between 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (map and directions to the Davis Center) If you cannot make it on Friday, please contact us to make alternate arrangements. Follow-Up Computer Pickup If you: Pick up your computer: Will not arrive at UVM until August 26 or later... At the Depot, 200 Davis Center (map and directions) starting on Monday, August 27th between 9AM - 4PM Mon-Fri. Placed your order after August 1st, or there is a special requirement on your order... We will contact you when your order becomes ready for pick-up at the Depot in 200 Davis Center.
