Warranty Coverage for Third-Party Equipment
This warranty coverage applies to all third-party equipment* sold and/or installed through the Depot.
Third-party equipment will be covered by the manufacturers' warranties only. Please refer to the warranty statement that comes with each piece of equipment for specific coverage information.
- The Depot can obtain replacements for failed third-party memory that we sell. Administrative fees for diagnostics, shipping & handling, etc., may apply, and we will notify you of these charges before we proceed.
- Service for other third-party equipment that we sell, such as printers, hand-held devices, digital cameras, keyboards, mice, etc., must be obtained directly through the manufacturer or as specified in their individual warranty statements.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining in-warranty replacements for failed third-party equipment which they have purchased from other sources.
* - Third-party equipment is peripherals and accessories (hardware) not made by the computer manufacturer, and therefore subject to separate warranties and service practices.
