Software Service Policy
Please be aware that support for or reinstallation of software is not covered by manufacturers' warranties, even the operating system. However, the Computer Depot Clinic can provide no-charge assistance with software issues with your participation Monday-Friday. Please see the ETS Help website for CDC's hours. If you decide to leave your computer with the Depot for service, labor charges may apply (minimum half-hour at current labor rates).
Should a computer failure be hardware-related and not covered by the manufacturer, we will notify you that the service is billable and proceed upon approval with the service at our current labor rates. The minimum fee will apply and will be included in the total labor fee (not added to it).
