Ordering and Payment Information

Individuals

At the Depot, our offerings are only available to qualified affiliates of the University of Vermont. Orders must be placed in person in our office.

When ordering we require a 10% non-refundable deposit. Currently, we accept payment in the forms of Mastercard, Visa, Discover, UVM CAT$cratch, personal check, bank check, money order, or cash. The balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery.

Departments

As of July 1, 2006, all departmental orders for computers must be processed through PeopleSoft (https://www.uvm.edu/~erp/portal/). Blank requisition forms are no longer available and will not be accepted.
