The UVM NetID: Your Online Identity

NetID single sign-on

UVM's single sign-on implementation allows you to use your NetID account name and password to access multiple services. Rather than needing to remember a unique name and password for computers, email, file shares, web-based services or databases, single sign-on allows you to use the same NetID account name and password for each service in a secure manner.

Web-based services utilizing UVM single sign-on will redirect you to an authentication prompt at login.uvm.edu.

Please note that the only way to logout of web-based services using single-sign on is to fully close all browser windows.
