Human Subject Research Training
The University of Vermont and Fletcher Allen Health Care have made a firm commitment to the protection of all human subjects in research. In keeping with this commitment, starting January 1, 2001, completion of the Committees on Human Research on-line training program (“Tutorial: Protection of Human Subjects in Research”) is required for all individuals involved in the conduct of research involving human subjects, regardless of funding source.
Access to the tutorial is not limited to individuals involved in the conduct of research involving human subjects. Anyone with an interest in human subject research should feel welcome to view the material.
Completion of this tutorial will take approximately 60 minutes, however you will be able to bookmark your progress at any time and return at your convenience by using the bookmark.
