Rebecca Pincus

Bio: 

Rebecca Pincus is a PhD candidate at the Rubenstein School of Natural Resources at UVM.  She received a BS from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, a MS in Environmental Law from the Vermont Law School, and a MS in Natural Resources from UVM.  Her research focuses on the US military and its impacts on energy policy; energy security; and the role of alternative dispute resolution techniques (ADR) in resolving conflicts over energy and environmental policy.  She is currently a Fellow at the James M. Jeffords Center at UVM.
