Organizational Charts for Staff Actions in PeopleAdmin
An
Organizational Chart must be attached to all staff position
actions, except for Off Cycle-Other actions. The organizational chart shows how a position or proposed position fits
within the department or unit. This helps illustrate the
level of responsibility required in the position and informs
the classification process.
The Organizational Chart must :
- highlight or indicate the position or proposed position of the action
- include who the position reports to and any positions
that report to it
- provide system
classification titles and names of incumbents for all positions on the org chart
- be limited to one page, if possible
