Labor & Employee Relations Overview

The Labor and Employee Relations (LER) group provides consulting services to leaders in all University colleges and divisions. We support management in employee relations matters with the goal of advancing a diverse, well-qualified workforce dedicated to the University’s mission and strategic plan. Specifically, our labor and employee relations manager and professionals work with vice presidents, deans, directors, chairpersons and supervisors on an array of issues affecting faculty and staff:
