Revised Fiscal Year 2011 Medical and Dental Costs

Effective October 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011

The following revised charts went into effect on October 1, 2010, after the University extended health care coverage to 24 and 25 year-olds. For reference, archived rate charts are also available.

Medical plan comparison charts (BCBS vs. MVP) – all employees are on one of these two UVM health plans

Total monthly premiums (shows UVM cost plus employee cost for all employees)

Medical Premiums (employee/retiree's monthly cost/share):

• Non-represented employees and retirees under 65
• All retirees over 65
• Teamsters employees and retirees under 65
• United Academics full-time unit employees and retirees under 65
• United Academics part-time unit employees
• United Electrical Workers employees and retirees under 65

Other Premiums:

• Dental premiums (employee's monthly cost/share)
• COBRA monthly premiums
