Benefits for Staff Represented by United Electrical Workers

Below are the definitions of the Staff positions that are represented by the United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America, Local 267, and those positions that are not represented. Employees Represented by the United Electrical Union:

All full-time and regular part-time nonexempt service and maintenance employees employed by the University are included in the bargaining unit.

Service and Maintenance Employees Not Represented by the United Electrical Union:

Excluded from the bargaining unit are all supervisors, managers and confidential employees, temporary employees and work study employees.
