UVM faculty and staff are invited to take a break and enjoy an invigorating hour of guided yoga practice. Join us for a lighthearted session of stretching, strengthening and toning. We will breathe, refresh and renew with classic yoga techniques. It will change your day!
Mid-Day Sessions: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from noon to 1:00 PM
Late Afternoon Sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:45 to 5:45 PM
Location: Mid-day sessions are typically in Ira Allen Chapel and late afternoon sessions are most often in Marsh Lounge in Billings, though some sessions are scheduled nearby as required. Locations will be announced by e-mail on the Yoga listserv. If you wish to receive the yoga e-mail and do not, UVM faculty and staff may sign up for it here. (You will receive a preliminary e-mail to which you must respond.)
Attire: Dress comfortably and bring a towel or mat.
Fee: $8.00 per class. Pay as you go; no pre-registration is required.
Sign a Waiver: A liability waiver is required to participate in yoga. Please download the liability waiver, complete it, and bring it with you to your first class.
