Are you or a loved one suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain due to stress? Are you interested in learning massage techniques to alleviate those aches and pains?

This two-part workshop will teach you massage techniques to use on yourself and others. You will be paired up for practice. You will also learn the science behind pain and why we have neck and shoulder pain.

After training at the Vermont Massage Institute in Burlington, I set up my first practice in a physical therapy office where I was positively influenced by the work of the skilled therapists. I am Nationally Certified in massage. Recently I trained at the Sports Medicine Hospital in Beijing where I studied Tuina-Chinese Massage. Tuina has enormous potential to relieve pain and energize. I look forward to bringing this service into the workplace. This technique offers the most benefits, and requires the least amount of time and transition.
