Why do you promise yourself you will stop eating junk food, exercise every day, spend more time with the family, stop watching so much T.V, etc., if by mid-February, all is forgotten and you're back to where you started?

Everyone wants to improve their health and wellbeing and start the new year off right. However, New Year’s Resolutions are often made in an unattainable fashion, frequently with no game plan in place.

This workshop will provide ideas and tips on making New Year’s Resolutions with a reasonable action plan geared towards success.
