Flatten those abs, trim those legs, whittle those waistlines, tone those arms! You will also increase flexibility, strengthen the whole body and improve posture. Lynn's class is fast-paced, but doable for all fitness levels. She offers an optional home exercise program every week that you may follow (if you want, no pressure!) to accelerate progress. Use of therabands increases toning and stretching results. You will finish your class feeling energized and wonderfully refreshed!

Lynne Martens is a highly-experienced Pilates professional who was certified in 2000 by Pilates Studio, NYC, under the supervision of Pilates elder Romana Kryzanowska and master teacher Bob Leikens. Lynn taught Pilates and dance in NYC before moving to Vermont in 2004. She currently teaches at her own studio, Absolute Pilates, and in Burlington, Shelburne, and at the University of Vermont.
