Provide technical, database and administrative assistance in support of University facilities information management system.

Provide technical, database and administrative assistance
in support of University facilities information management system; use judgment
in prioritization of work tasks and in application of data processing functions;
review operational processes to enhance data and system accuracy, integrity
and security; make recommendations to improve efficiency and ensure consistency
and compliance with University processes and procedures.
Oversee, maintain and update multiple databases, files, tracking system, aerial mapping and related documentation; maintain, edit and enhance building drawings on Auto CAD file system and prepare setup drawings for events; develop and prepare documentation and annual reports; monitor and authorize financial transactions; coordinate billing process.
Serve as resource for internal and external constituents; respond to inquiries and provide technical information related to reporting and systems; research and fulfill plan files and blue print copies on request; use judgment in dissemination of information based on a comprehensive knowledge of departmental and University guidelines and regulations.
Administer and provide instruction related to annual web based space inventory process; coordinate and track University facilities renovations, construction, reallocation and occupancy; review space inventory reports and documentation.
Provide functional supervision to designated employees and/or affiliates.
Education and experience equivalent to:
Bachelor's degree and one to three years related experience and specialized certification required.
