What we did...
Every
GIV student likes a different kind of science. We tried out many
different things to get a feel of what we might like and as a group
decided what our final presentation should be. Team Clutch chose to
compare three wetlands located on the UVM campus.
Over the course of the last week, Team Clutch explored the depths of Centennial Woods.
Day
one (Monday) involved A LOT of hiking. We had to get a feel of the
woods and explore different locations that could work for our project.
When we decided on the three wetlands, we got to work.
Day two (Tuesday) went a little smoother. We had a list of what needed to be done which made it easier to get to work.
Day three (Wednesday) we finished up last minute field work.
Day
four (Thursday) was a quiet, laid-back day. Team Clutch ventured to the
library to check out some maps of Centennial Woods in the morning.
Day five (Friday) the team worked on our presentation.
