GIV SAT students practice papermaking, both an art and science

What Happened -- Just another wonderful day at the farms!  Last night's rains cleared the air a bit and after a breakfast of yogurt, fruit and eggs, all three teams headed out to the field for another morning of data collection.  The afternoon brought more electives with students working again on the RV Melosira as well as  battling invasive plants and examining all sorts of things under the scanning electron microscope.  No rain today...just warm and sunny.  How about that sushi and Caesar salad for dinner!  To end the day, we had careers night -- a great way to find out what scientists really do.
