Snow Studies 2001
Febuary 23-25 at the Governer's Institute of Vermont.
The GIV Science Program for the year of 2001 was Snow Studies. 21 students
from around the state attended. On Febuary 24, we traveled to Stowe and
started to learn about Avalanche Testing, snow layers, pH testing, snow
strength, depth, crystal size, shape, density, and layers.
On this site, we have posted our results and pictures of our time out
side.
