Sarah Spates

Hi I'm Sarah, I attend North Country Union High School. It is in the very secluded city of Newport Vermont. I am curently attending the Governor's Institute of Vermont, in Science and Technology

I enjoy playing soccer in the fall with my school but i also play on a womens soccer league. I have skied since I was 5 and am on my schools ski team. I run track also, i run the 100, 200, 4 by 1 relay team, and the long jump.

In my free time I work at Mulligans Restaurant and Country Club. Right now, I am ranked 20th in my class of 280. I have a few ideas of what I would like to do; a doctor, a teacher, or something really fun.

At Governors Institute I have met many new people but 2 girls Pegeen Long, and Sarah Chauvin go to North Country with me. I am really optimistic about my experience here at Governor's Institute, and hope to go home with a new look a things.
