Today we got to go to a UVM lab where they have a Scanning Electron Microscope and we looked at different specimens we had collected at the pond. Here are some examples...

We posed for the camera in front of the SEM room with our photos...
Then we went to the library to research Shelburne Pond's history...
But we got sidetracked looking at a collection of rare books in the collection that this library has! There are all sorts of books here and some of them are the only copy ever made.
