Description: Our 7th meeting is organized around the theme of "Building Local, Scaling Global: Implementing Solutions for Sustainability" and will aim to research and catalog sustainability lessons learned at local, regional, and state levels and identifying solutions that can be scaled up … and what better place to connect local action to global problems than Vermont.

Location: UVM
Description: The Natural Capital Project (NatCap) is holding an InVEST Training in Vermont on June 12-14, 2013. This course will teach participants how to use the InVEST software suite and ways to apply approaches and tools for ecosystem service valuation in decision-making. A preliminary program with an introduction to InVEST and the natural capital approach will be held on June 12 at the United States Society for Ecological Economics conference, which all registrants are encouraged to attend.
