Jim Embry is a life long community activist from Lexington, Kentucky now serving as board president of Boggs Center for Nuturing Community Leadership. He will soon relocate to Detroit and assist local community people in resurrecting this post-indistrial city. Areas of interest include community empowerment, mentoring youth, building food coops, and urban agriculture. He is the father of six children and owner of a small home remodeling business.
