Jump start your food systems education this summer at UVM!

UVM is offering a wide range of Food Systems Courses for Summer 2013, including the following specialty programs and courses:

The Food Systems Breakthrough Leaders Program is a combined online and on-campus cross-disciplinary program addressing problems and opportunities relating to sustainable food systems and leadership.

The International Agroecology Shortcourse is designed for scholars, practitioners and anyone interested in learning more about agroecology, participatory research and whole-systems approaches to agriculture and food systems development.

NFS 395—Vermont's Rural Food System: From Milk to Maple is a 3-credit, combined online and travel course introducing the complex interdependence of all aspects of the contemporary food system, with a focus on Vermont.
