My Way to help with Stress Stress Fitness

Those three songs are a few of the the songs I listen to when i am doing a "Stress Workout"

Here is some things to know about me:

  3. My dad and Uncle both work in the Air National Guard
  4. I live in Vermont, and love it.
  5. I also hunt, fish, and camp.

My Way to deal with stress:

Being into sports I am a very athletic person. When I am stressed I use that as a motivator to go out and work out. I usually put on some good music and just work until I get tired. It helps take your mind off what is stressing you out. For example, when I am preparing for a big game, two days before I go out and run 2-3 miles, come home, do some push up, sit ups, chin ups etc. It works for me, and it might work for you to.
