VT Agricultural Labor Management Program (VT ALMa)

Description: What is the VT ALMa Program?
The VT ALMa program is specifically designed to address the challenges faced by Vermont farms that employ Hispanic workers. The purpose of the program is to provide farm managers with training and resources to create a more stable and reliable workforce through hands-on instruction, consultation and workforce training.
Participation in the ALMa program is free, however preregistration is required. Please contact Christi Sherlock at mailto:christi.sherlock@uvm.edu or 802-223-2389 x200 to register. To request a disability-related accommodation to participate, please notify us by October 18th, 2012 so we may assist you. Please note: workshop attendance is a mandatory requirement to access the subsequent program components (translation, consultation and worker training).
