Nutrition Education

Healthy Eating promotes healthy food choices by consuming more fruits, vegetables and whole grains while being physically active. We focus on individuals, families, schools and communities. The goal of nutrition programming is for consumers to enhance their engagement in healthful eating practices and/or physical activity.
