The purpose of this course is to provide the tax practitioner with a number of basic tools and resources in order to identify when certain returns may be required, which forms should be used, and what types of disclosures are needed. The course is meant to be practical and it is not intended to present a thorough analysis of all of the nuances associated with dealing with foreign matters, for that would consume many weeks of materials.
