We Are What We Eat
University of Vermont Extension provides timely, research-based information and education to help Vermonters acquire skills to make informed choices about food, to promote healthy living and to support economic and social wellbeing.
Our food and nutrition education information includes topics on healthy eating, food access and home food safety and preservation for consumers, families, schools and communities, and food safety for producers and processors.
May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, so designated with the goal of encouraging individuals, families and communities to develop or maintain routines of regular physical activity and practice sound nutritional habits.
