Vermont Rebates for Roll Bars Program

Vermont farmers are at risk. A farmer is 800% more likely to die while working than those in other jobs. The leading cause of farm fatalities is tractor overturns, AND the Northeast has the highest rate of tractor overturns in the country

ROPS (roll over protective structure) -- a roll bar and a seat belt -- are 99% effective in preventing rollover deaths and serious injuries. The Vermont Rebates for Roll Bars Program offers farmers 70% of costs up to $765 in rebates for roll bar kits and provides a toll-free hotline that assists farmers in finding the right kit.

Register today by calling 1-877-767-7748 or visit www.ROPSR4U.com.

This program is co-sponsored by the Co-Operative Insurance Companies, Vermont Farm Bureau, and UVM Extension.
