Thanks for coordinating this! -Dean Williams To: Deans, Dircctors and Department Heads From: Robert Fekert Assistant Director, Student Life Date: April 21, 2000 Subject: Opening Weekend 2000 Hello. I realize that since we have not even reached finals, most of you are not thinking of next year. However, here at Student Life we have not only begun thinking about it but are beginning to plan for the start of a new school year. As you all most likely have marked on your calendar, Opening Weekend will be August 25TH through the 27TH. In preparation for the weekend we need to begin gathering information for an Opening brochure, which all new students and their families will be receiving. A large part of the brochure will be a schedule of when key of fices will be open during this w eekend. I have enclosed a copy of last year's schedule for your review. I would ask that you review the information for your department and let me know of any changes. Since the opening weekend falls on the same days of the week as last year's, I suspect there may not be many changes. Please contact me with your information regardless of w hether or not you are making changes. You can make changes to the copy enclosed or simply e-mail them to me at rfekert@zoo.uvm.edu. I will need to have these changes no later then May 25th -- this will allo`` us the summer to work on layout, design, printing and mailing ~the brochures. If you have any questions, please ~ive me a call. Thank you for your assistance.
