All Depot requisitions must be processed via PeopleSoft.

Our catalog is available in the PeopleSoft Financials login under the eProcurement menu link. If you do not see the eProcurement link, please ask your business manager to submit a Footprint to the Catalyst team at: https://footprints.uvm.edu:2081/catalystgroup.html. Please include the following information:

1. Your Name
2. Your NetID
3. The PeopleSoft function(s) to which you need access
4. The default chartstring that should appear when you login to PeopleSoft

For Dell and Apple Custom Quotes:

1. Add the "Dell Custom Quote" or the "Apple Custom Quote" item to your cart.
2. Click the "Review and Submit" link at the bottom of the page.
3. Click the line item's balloon on step 3 of the Create Requisition process.
4. Add the quote info in the text box. If you have a PDF or HTML quote file, you can attach it with the "Add Attachment" button. Then click "OK".
5. Enter/verify your chart string info, and when ready click the "Save & submit" button.
