A. CIT will allow you to use your Zoo account for 12 months after you stop being a UVM affiliate (due to transfer, graduation, leaving your job, etc). After that time, you account may be locked and deleted to make room for new people. You will be sent e-mail messages warning you about your account being locked, so you will have time to prepare. At this time, there is no option to extend your use of your Zoo account by buyin an Alumni account or e-mail address, although this may be considered in the future.
